Overview

With this visa you can move to Australia if you face substantial discrimination or human rights abuses, and have a proposer, and stay in Australia permanently with your immediate family.

Basic Eligibility requirements

• You must be outside Australia and outside your country of origin when you apply for this visa.
• You must be subject to substantial discrimination in your home country.
• You must have a proposer who is an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or an organisation in Australia.
• You must meet health and character requirements.
