Employer Sponsored Visas allow skilled overseas workers to live and work in Australia for their nominating Australian employer. This visa enables employers to address identified labour shortage by sponsoring skilled workers where employers can’t source an appropriately skilled Australian worker.

Australia recognises the need for family members to be together, and the support dependent family members require from their close relatives.The family migration scheme allows eligible persons to sponsor their family members to join them in Australia on a temporary or permanent basis.
