Prospective Marriage Visa Subclass 300

Overview

This visa lets you come to Australia to marry your prospective spouse and then apply for a Partner visa.

Basic Eligibility requirements

• You must have a sponsor and the sponsor must be your prospective spouse.
• You and your sponsor must be 18 years or older.
• You sponsor must be an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident or Eligible New Zealand Citizen.
• You must meet relationship requirements.
• You must meet the health and character requirements.
• You must be outside Australia when you apply for the visa.
